Terms and Conditions

STARTING TIME OF THE EXCURSION: DREXEL YACHTS requests that you arrive 15 minutes early. I acknowledge that my excursion will commence at the scheduled time.

DEPOSITS:I understand that this payment is refundable and cancellable if requested at least 5 days before my excursion.

RESERVATION FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS:I agree to inform DREXEL YACHTS at least 2 days in advance if the number of people I initially reserved will not be attending. In such a case, where the extra people do not arrive on the day of my excursion, I accept that DREXEL YACHTS will not charge me the dock tax, but will apply the price per extra person.

WEATHER CONDITIONS:I understand and acknowledge that the company will provide advance updates on meteorological conditions. I understand that weather conditions are beyond DREXEL YACHTS' control. Depending on weather conditions and authorization from the Marina of Puerto Aventuras, DREXEL YACHTS will present available options and dates for rescheduling the excursion. If my group decides to proceed with the navigation and returns earlier due to communicated instructions from the marina, I understand that no refunds will be issued for the remaining time.

REFUND REQUESTS:I agree that I may request a refund only if I never board the vessel and if YCP sends an official notice of port closure from the Puerto Aventuras Marina. Otherwise, I acknowledge that I cannot request a refund.

Before boarding, Drexel Yachts will request my identification. Upon agreement, I will sign a letter containing the following information, details of my excursion, and the terms and conditions below:

Conditions of Service:

• I will sign the consent for me, my family, group, and/or friends.
• I accept responsibility for additional expenses resulting from breaks and/or incidents caused by my group, family, or friends to the boat, equipment, or company personnel.
• I authorize the company to take photographs of my tour and companions and to publish them on digital media and social networks.
• I acknowledge that the captain of the ship holds the highest authority. I will abide by the crew's instructions with my group for safety reasons. This may include refraining from alcoholic drinks or ending the tour before the agreed time, among other security measures.
• The products and services offered are strictly for use and consumption during the tour. Neither my group nor I will remove food or drinks from the boat. In case of violation, I authorize YCP to apply additional costs.
• I understand that the activity I'm engaging in entails risks. YCP and the crew will decide based on incidents or accidents during the tour.
• In case of lost or forgotten items during the tour, the company personnel will make efforts to recover them. However, I release YCP from liability in this regard.
• No smoking, drug use, or aggressive behavior is permitted.
• I declare my acceptance of the stated conditions. I agree that once I sign this charge acceptance letter, there will be no cancellations or refunds. I understand the charge is entirely my responsibility, hence non-cancelable or refundable under any circumstances. I waive any possibility of later dispute regarding this charge.
• Breach of any of these clauses may result in the termination of the tour without any refund.
• I extend this to confirm my acceptance of the purchase and authorize the full payment. I renounce any future claims or charges due to my satisfaction with the purchase and authorization.
